We provide ‘Insurance Quality’ panels and body sections, and we are an approved service provider to major insurance companies. We can provide fitting services available if required and every part we sell is conditionally guaranteed for 90 days.

A Part Motor Wreckers comply with the APRAA Panel Condition Code as follows:

Condition Code A
  • The panel is almost perfect
  • No visible signs of damage or rust on the interior/exterior
  • The paint work is in good order
  • The glass and fittings, where applicable, are scratch free
  • All mechanical and electrical fittings, e.g. regulator, regulator motor etc., would be tested and proven OK.
Condition Code B
  • The panel has no structural damage
  • It is straight and would fit the intended vehicle correctly
  • All fittings @ ‘mechanicals’ are in good working order
  • Imperfections can be corrected and can easily be described over the phone
  • The panel is in a condition to be repaired cost effectively
Condition Code C
  • The only C grade panels stocked are either difficult to source or are very popular
  • These panels cannot be described accurately over the phone and should be scrutinised on the premises
  • Panels only to be sent out on request and a price negotiated once the client has inspected the panel

APRAA Accreditation Program

The APRAA Accreditation Program is designed to recognize and encourage constant improvement of general business standards within the Auto Parts Recycling industry. A Part Motor Wreckers are Proud to be an accredited member of the Auto Parts Recyclers Association of Australia (APRAA). In fact, A Part Motor Wreckers was the first APRAA accredited wrecker in Perth!

Code of Ethics

  • To improve the image, reputation and credibility of the Auto Parts Recycling industry
  • To determine, within all practical limits, the quality and condition of each automotive part offered for sale and to represent same accurately
  • To maintain a clean and non-polluting environment in our place of business
  • To hold and comply with all necessary licences, permits, etc., as required by Local, State or Federal authorities
  • To accept responsibility for good community relations and improved environment
  • To warrant all mechanical parts sold for a minimum period of 30 days
  • To clearly display conditions and terms of sale
  • In the event that we sell a faulty (or incorrect) part, we will upon return of the part,
    A. Exchange it for a serviceable (or correct) part, or
    B. Refund monies paid if the correct part is not available
